jlmm ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlmm ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the jlmm ph platform at jlmmph.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jlmm ph platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

jlmm ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jlmm ph online gaming website accessible at jlmmph.app and all associated services, features, games, and tools.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the jlmm ph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including persons under 21 years of age.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gambling in the Philippines.

• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are licensed and offered through the jlmm ph Platform, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Asia Gaming.

Use of the jlmm ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on the jlmm ph Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, or contractor of jlmm ph, its affiliates, or its service providers.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access jlmm ph's full range of games and services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited regardless of the email addresses, devices, or payment methods used.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Account non-transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any other person.
• Verification: jlmm ph may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during account reviews. Supported documents include Philippine government-issued IDs, passports, and utility bills for address verification.
• Registration by proxy: Opening an Account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

jlmm ph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmm ph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password not reused from other platforms.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jlmm ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of security.

jlmm ph will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from jlmm ph requesting your password is fraudulent. jlmm ph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the jlmm ph Platform are governed by the following terms:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are determined by jlmm ph and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• jlmm ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. Accounts with incomplete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by account verification level.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. jlmm ph reserves the right to request alternative methods in certain circumstances.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• jlmm ph processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the cashier section of the Platform.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jlmm ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are obligated to report suspicious transactions and may request supporting documentation to establish the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and escalation to relevant authorities.

jlmm ph offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. jlmm ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game type are published in the individual promotion terms.
• jlmm ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or systematic betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All games offered on jlmm ph are governed by individual game rules published by the respective Game Providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. The following general gaming terms apply across all products on the Platform:

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure randomness and fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, dice, or other game elements operated in real time by professional dealers in licensed studios.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or any technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, jlmm ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any bet.
• jlmm ph is not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from a Player's failure to maintain a stable internet connection during a gaming session.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages derived from certified game mathematics and do not guarantee results within any individual gaming session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlmm ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Account balances, including any winnings generated during or as a result of the prohibited activity:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Holding more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a proxy, alias, or third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer and poker environments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software error, or loophole in the Platform to gain any financial or competitive advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jlmm ph staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat and bingo room chat.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.

jlmm ph is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take this responsibility seriously as a PAGCOR-regulated operator serving Filipino players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlmm ph account holders at no cost through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts can be configured to notify you when you have been playing for a specified continuous duration.

All content on the jlmm ph Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and any other material, is the property of jlmm ph or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from jlmm ph.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including use in advertising, marketing, or social media monetisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlmm ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to technical interruptions, network failures, or server downtime.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game information, odds, or RTP figures during a period of technical error.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or Game Providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

jlmm ph's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jlmm ph Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

13.2 Termination by jlmm ph

jlmm ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Non-compliance with identity verification requests.
• Court orders, regulatory directions, or law enforcement requests.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jlmm ph reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. In cases involving confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited entirely.

jlmm ph may update or revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jlmm ph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

The jlmm ph Platform is operated in compliance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
